Can I have my order installed by Dirt Hunter?
YES! We are happy to install the kit for you. Reach out to us and we can work out all the details. You will need to get us your van. Most make the trip to Bentonville, AR and ride bikes, but some have ordered a van and had it delivered to us for install. If you have us install the van kit, we will provide the plywood base for the bed and labor at no extra charge.
What will the bed kit fit?
Our bed kits are designed to easily install in any full size van. The only odd duck in the bunch is the Ford Transit Passenger. It has a rear A/C unit on the floor and requires a specially designed cabinet. We have even installed our kits in a cargo trailers!
How much assembly is required?
The bed kits will arrive via FedEx in four boxes. Each component is labeled and a diagram is included along with some general guidance. This is a DIY kit. Depending on how well you assemble IKEA furniture will help you know what you are getting into. Some find it simple, others have provided some colorful words as feedback. You will need to source the plywood for the bed base and hardware to attach the plywood. Everything else is included in the kit to give you two cabinet bases and cross rails for a Queen bed. We include a lot of extra attachment hardware and tools needed for assembly. If you feel it will be too much to handle, just plan a trip to Bentonville. We will Kung Fu your van and have you sleeping comfy before you are done exploring Slaughter Pen.

Included Tools:
M5 T Handle; M6 T Handle; Soft Face Mallet; and M6 Ball End Hex wrench. These are the minimum tools needed to assemble the kit.
Extra Hardware:
M8 Drop in T Nuts; M8 Bolts; Corner Brackets; M8x16mm w/ T Nut.
This provides you with all the needed attachments you could want included at no extra charge.
